Latest feature update: adding Google Reviews!

Prompting patients to leave reviews after their appointments is a powerful tool that can provide valuable insights into the customer experience and allows you to monitor business performance.

To help you with that, we have recently introduced our own Appointment Review rating and feedback in Praktika to make the most of this valuable data. In Praktika, collecting star ratings and comments is just a start. With a lot of valuable feedback from our customers, yet again we have listened and delivered a new feature to allow using a Google Review link within the same SMS request.

Once you receive feedback from your patients in Praktika internal appointment review, you can now invite them to share their experiences on Google page as well.

What does it mean?

It means that you are now able to send a single SMS requesting both reviews within Praktika and on Google Review page for each completed appointment.

This can be done manually from each appointment or set as Automated SMS.

How does it work?

The additional setting called Google Review Setup has been added under Management > Appointments> Appointment Reviews screen.

Simply insert the link to Google Review and select a rating threshold if you wish to have more of a control for patient rating threshold to leave Google review. It means that if for example you select a threshold of 3 start rating the Google Review link will only appear for patients with 3 star rating or above.

With the available customisable thresholds options, you can optimise your chances of receiving valuable feedback from patients and assessing the overall patient experience comprehensively. Sharing these customer reviews on Google serves as a powerful tool to establish trust with patients and elevate your reputation, enabling you to stand out in the competitive healthcare landscape.
