You will only be charged for the verification SMS that is sent to patients during the booking process. The SMS is charged at our standard SMS rate.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It is very easy to employ and use. Mark (Paint) the areas in your scheduler to publish the slots available for online booking with a particular online service.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>It can be a 3rd party service (HealthEngine) or it can be Praktika\u2019s own free Online Booking service. Save and propagate the slots as you normally&nbsp;would&nbsp;with any other functional areas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.praktika.com.au\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/d19cgyi5s8w5eh.cloudfront.net\/img\/88ec0c838185d2f1c681a53738840958cbfacd19\" alt=\"Featured\" width=\"316\" height=\"270\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Online on Scheduler<br \/>\n<\/strong>The blocks marked as available for online booking are displayed either with a calendar icon (for Praktika\u2019s own Online Booking service)<br \/>\nor with the icon of a 3rd part Online Booking system (like HealthEngine).<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>The blocks for all the online services <span style=\"color: #ff2840;\">MUST<\/span> be managed from Praktika<\/b>. Blocks marked in the 3rd Party Online applications<br \/>\n<b><i>are not<\/i><\/b> communicated to Praktika. The icon is the same for all the services, although there<br \/>\nis an appointment note that displays the service used for booking.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.praktika.com.au\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/d19cgyi5s8w5eh.cloudfront.net\/img\/04443fda49d7d82fadda7ff515ae3b83921ad940\" width=\"316\" height=\"270\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patient Authentication<br \/>\n<\/strong>Patients access the Online Booking Services either via the 3rd Party Interfaces of via your website<br \/>\n(please get a widget from us for that).<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;The patients are identified via their names, dates of birth and their mobile numbers. All the existing<br \/>\npatients are matched in Praktika\u2019s database. To start using them in Praktika, please<br \/>\ncontact us to enable the service for you. We will send&nbsp;your API key&nbsp;to the HealthEngine ourselves and ask them to<br \/>\nset it up. Please&nbsp;allow&nbsp;some time for that.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: ArialMT, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: ArialMT, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">It is your responsibility to pay for the HealthEngine&nbsp;Services directly to them. Praktika&nbsp;provides our part o<br \/>\nf the service (integration) for free.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: ArialMT, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: ArialMT, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Please mind that the management of the online slots <b>MUST<\/b> be done via Praktika <b>only<\/b>. You can also use the account statement for the purpose,<br \/>\nalthough some health funds require Tax Invoices only.<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;An Invoice can also include (exclude) the Referring Doctor Details.
