They can provide services only under the supervision or oversight of a dentist.<\/p>\n<p>To conform with this requirement, \u00a0the name and provider number of a\u00a0supervising dentist will now be printed on \u00a0patient tax invoices and account statements. \u00a0As to the practice management reports, the services rendered by dental hygienists and therapists will be still shown under their own name, so this change will not create any problem with providers&#8217; accounts.<\/p>\n<p>In order to set up this feature in Praktika, practice managers should assign hygienists and therapists with the provider number of the supervising dentist.
